UNILAG 2023/2024 Cut Off Mark[JAMB/Departmental]

Has The University of Lagos[UNILAG] 2023/2024 Cut Off Mark been announced? We’re pleased to inform the general public especially readers who made UNILAG their first choice that the long-awaited cutoff mark for the 2023/2024 admission screening exercise has been announced by the management of the institution.

Meeting the minimum cut off mark makes you eligible to register for the screening exercise only and does not guarantee that you would be admitted by the institution as there are other criteria used when accessing candidate’s applications.

The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board[JAMB] had earlier announced that the minimum cut off mark for the 2023/2024 admission screening exercise is 140 but institutions are allowed to set their minimum cut off marks but not above the required or set limit.

UNILAG 2023/2024 Cut Off Mark[Departmental & JAMB]

The JAMB 2023/2024 Cut off mark is 140 while the UNILAG Departmental cut off mark is 200 meaning candidates who made the institution their first choice are expected to score a minimum of 200 in JAMB to be eligible to register for the screening exercise.

What To Do If You Did Not Meet The Cut Off Mark

There are situations where the candidates do not meet the minimum cut off mark and one of the questions such persons use to ask is “What Should I do?”. There are two things involved either you obtain a JAMB change of institution form or a change of course form.

Competitive departments tend to have numerous applications on a yearly basis and some of such courses or departments are Medicine & Surgery, Nursing, Computer Science, and Accounting. Candidates who selected any of the departments outlined above should ensure that they score very high and have good O level requirements also.
