About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Global Product Manager to join our Automation and Integration team. This role is strategically significant, offering a unique opportunity to directly shape how customers engage with and experience our products and brand. Working closely with various departments, this position requires a wide range of responsibilities, including market analysis, user feedback and the development of a product roadmap that optimizes user experience (UX) and user interface (UI). Your mission will be to create visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces that enhance user interaction, driving not just conversion but also retention and advocacy. As part of this role, you will be instrumental in improving customer experience, engagement and overall satisfaction by ensuring a consistent and optimized UX/UI across all products.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will encompass the following key areas:

  1. Market and Product Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborating with market-facing teams to identify and prioritize critical market needs.
    • Partnering with product teams to craft data-driven UX/UI strategies that support both short-term and long-term business objectives.
  2. Creating UX/UI Product Roadmaps:
    • Developing detailed product strategies, roadmaps and backlogs tailored to UX/UI improvements across various product ranges.

  3. Global Alignment with Group Strategies:
    • Working closely with Product Directors, Product Managers and Programme Managers to ensure alignment with global Group Products & Services strategies.

  4. Cross-Departmental Engagement:
    • Leading engagement with Product Owners and stakeholders to frame and solve design problems, prioritize initiatives and scope design efforts.
    • Managing feedback and collaboration processes to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet customer expectations.
  5. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategies:
    • Creating effective Go-to-Market strategies, in collaboration with regional sales and marketing teams.
    • Executing impactful product launches that resonate with our target audience and drive market engagement.
