About The NCEE Examination
The National Common Entrance Examination(NCEE) is an exam written by primary school students in their penultimate year. The examination is mandatory for those who would be hoping to study in Federal government-owned secondary schools in Nigeria.

Please note that there is a difference between NECO and NCCE result even though the same portal is used to check the result. Though the same portal is used to check both results, NCEE is for those in the penultimate year of their primary education while NECO is for those in the penultimate year of high school.
How To Check The 2024/2025 NCEE Result
Follow the steps outlined below to check the National Common Entrance Examination[NCEE] result once it has been released to the general public:
- Visit the Result Checker portal ncee.neco.gov.ng
- Create an account by clicking on the Create Account Here link
- Fill out the form thoroughly and click on the Create Account button below the form
- Activate the account and register for the examination
- Once the result is released, login to the portal using your email address and password
- Click On Registered Candidates ››
- Select Completed
- Click on the Respective Registered candidates to view results.
You can alternatively check your results on the NECO Result Checker portal results.neco.gov.ng by following the following steps:
- Select exam year i.e. 2024.
- Select exam type i.e. National Common Entrance Examination.
- Input your registration number in the required column.
- Click on the Check Result button to access the common entrance exam result
You do not need to purchase a token to check the results also, please readers should note that the NCEE 2023 Results are yet to be released online but the examination has been written.
