BEA 2023/2024 Registration portal has been activated. The Federal Scholarship Board(FSB) 2024/2025 Bilateral Education Agreement[BEA] application form has been released and those who have been awaiting its release should hurry up and apply after going through the instructions outlined on this page.
The Bilateral Education Agreement is a division of the Federal Scholarship Board(FSB) that implement scholarship awards between the the Government of Nigeria and partnering countries. Some of the partnering countries include: Algeria, Egypt, Morocco, Hungary, China, Romania, Serbia, and Russia.
The scholarship is awarded at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels. Post graduates consists of both Masters and Ph.D. students.
Eligibility For The BEA 2024/2025 Application For Both Undergraduates & Post Graduates

Procedures To Apply For The FSB BEA 2024/2025 Scholarship
Follow the procedures below to apply for the Federal Scholarship Board BEA Scholarship award:
- Visit fsbn.com.ng/scholarships
- Go through the instructions you see there and click on the Apply Now button
- Input your details and click on the Register button to create an account
- Visit the link fsbn.com.ng/applicants/auth/login and login via your email address and password
- Fill out the form and ensure you upload the relevant documents
Those who plan on selecting Hungary should visit www.stipendiumhungaricum.hu while those who plan on choosing Russia should visit education-in-russia.com. Nominated persons will have to submit the following:
- Authenticated copies of academic certificates
- Data page of the current International passport
- Specified Medical Reports from Government hospitals
- Birth Certificate & Indigene letter
- Police Clearance Certificate where necessary
FSB BEA 2024/2025 Registration Deadline
The BEA Scholarship portal will be opened on November 25, 2023 and closed on January 5, 2024. Ensure yo submit your applications before then. There is no processing fee so apply before the portal is closed.
