The Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps(NSCDC) recruitment shortlist has finally been released and the list contains names of those eligible to take part in the CBT exercise. For each list that is released, there would be sets of instructions to accompany the list’s release. The CBT screening has ended and the next phase is the physical screening and training exercise.
The documentation exercise and issuance of appointment letters are going to hold from Tuesday 15th August 2023 – Monday 4th September 2023. Candidates should check the email address and phone numbers they used when applying to know if they were shortlisted.

The Civil Defence recruitment shortlist has been published on the application portal https://cdcfib.career/, those shortlisted would be sent a message via the email address or phone numbers they used when creating an account on the portal.
Another way to check the shortlist is to visit the NSCDC social pages like Facebook and Twitter to see the list online. The list would also be published in various national dailies in the country like Daily Trust and Vanguard.
Civil Defence 2024 Screening Exercise & Training Date
The training would take place after the last shortlist has been released. Please note that the Civil Defence Corps might conduct more than one screening exercise for applicants and for each screening, there are lists of requirements that shortlisted persons would have to come along with.
