Zigi is a chatbot developed by MTN to help its customers answer questions that bother them. You can access Zigi via Telegram, Facebook, Whatsapp, and the official MTN website. Once you launch the application, a list of options will be displayed, and once you select the service you want, you will be prompted to input your phone number.
